Your Body, Your Practice

A previously self-confessed emotional eater, my struggle with weight has opened me up to new ways of celebrating my body and treating myself with love and compassion. This is what I would like to offer you.

My classes are nurturing yet playful classes, and relaxing while being surprisingly challenging, if that’s what you’re looking for. I encourage strength building and finding functionality in movement in a way that is useful for you.

I recognize and honor your innate wisdom and agency over your body. I invite you to step into a space of softness in body and mind as you contemplate on what things might be like if we moved from a place of possibility rather than expectation.

Yoga Your Way, Your Say

Move and explore your way through some yoga shapes in a steady paced private or semi-private session. You say what goes! Accessible for all bodies, with supports and variations for to suit your personal choice and practice.

Practices of Rest and Restoration

Ease in to rest through some gentle movement and passive shapes that invite relaxation. You’re welcome to take some pillows, blankets, essential oils and other calming resources with you.

Personalized Support

Co-create a supportive space for your personal exploration of mind and body. These sessions can complement other therapies or treatments you may be involved in and caters to folks in need of physical, mental or emotional support or have chronic illnesses.

Individual/Semi-private rates start at Php 2,000 for a 60 minute session

Package and long-term programs start at Php 1,000 per session.
